I have sent in the request as well, it seems like SPS just ignored it as well..   

I called the banker on loan agreement and was informed that they have sent the agreement to the lawyer for stamping on 20 February 14 however until now didnt get it. Banker told me that lawyer will forward the agreement only when first billing by developer. Can anyone verify this?

My bank pay the first billing last week, so not yet one month. So far, do not receive any notification from the bank about the progressive interest...  

It's already clearly stated in my loan agreement that the loan is under DISP scheme...

Perhaps you should contact the bank to clarify if such "statement" is clearly indicated in your loan agreement.

In previous thread, I have show the rough calculation, actually it is about the same. SPS can come out with the magic figure 3%, sure they already projected the figure based on the billing schedule. So, no worry nia.   

Think it you also depend on its progress.  I bought Monlis and rebate should be able to cover as Monlis seems to be the slowest progress.....and alternatively when the completion is say 70% and above! you can opt to start full repayment thus avoiding only paying interest.
