I believe there is already CCRIS check when you applying the loan, and of course before the bank release the first disbursement, they will do another check as well of course. So clearly the bank cancel the loan is because of the condition of borrower, and not because they found out SEH will be a ghost town after VP later as predicted by you ya... What a relieve... |

"RM0.00 From CIMB Bank: Your Property Financing is now ready for 1st release. You will be notified of your disbursement details and your monthly repayment amount s" So presumely I will not have any issue on the first billing, which is due on 18 March 2013.. |
