Nevertheless, majority of phase 1 SemiD units such as Errana, Plavia, Lecus, Merrum should be all sold out. I heard some dropout unit such as Lucento and Monlis perhaps still up for grabbing, nevertheless check with the SA should get more accurate answer..

Vislai gor, yeah.. looks to me these are show units, wondering the welcome center should be nearby as well...

Apparently, EM and SEH almost side by side mah... Anything affect SEH, most likely will affect EW as well, and vice versa.. EW and SEH really needs to work together for the success of this new township loh...

Progress of the LEKAS link looks impressive too.

I already can see the new factory units beside the entrance of the Lekas semenyih entrance... Not only that, even can see the Lekas highway as well...

Bro BBW, I believe I have made the most stupid choice in my life for being taking the queue whole day during the launching...

I believe your prediction from the broken crystal ball shall prevail, SEH, EcoMajestic, SEH2 will become ghost town after VP later. It's so far away from KL and not affordable for most of the people in Malaysia..

Most likely after VP later, we only can cry in the house and put a listing at the pricetag of 150k, also not sure got people willing to take it or not.

Most importantly, since LKS left, not sure there is a day for VP or not, perhaps whole project will be hanging along the way...


I feel so regretful now for not asking your opinion before buying the house in SEH, my bad, my bad

SEH seems are still doing the construction works in SEH effectively. Just observe more than 30 lorries, bulldozer, excavators, dredgers are busy doing the works now....

Both SEH and EW are selling the Eco concept and the brand new township with carefully planned amenities and infra.. Rather saying it is a competition, I personally believe they are in simbiosism mechanism...

A success in SEH will put a strong motivation to attract buyers to EW and the success of EW shall make the SEH becomes more "Ong" as well....

Let's see how it transforms after 5 -8 years, looking forward to it, indeed!!

Bro Vislai, I am not quite sure about the plots of the SemiD units, just the Stagnia and Aravia plot are quite obvious.

If that's the Luzento and Monlis plot, can I deduce that Plavia already buiding the body structures, by looking at the following picture??

DSL units as usual, the progress always at the forefront...

Angusta and Pallida already started building the body structures, no doubt on it. Argentea unit seems will be following soon.

Surprisingly, even the samanea unit (22 x 75) also have started the piling...

Let's us refresh again, SEH DSL launching is on 11 Oct 2013. This is the progress only within 4 months after launching...
