I prefer that type of surface if it's in gold colour.
Matte surface make it look not so elegant.

Matte surfaces are generally better as it less prone to be a finger print magnet

I'll buy that point. Regardless what colour it is for the phone. I believe most of us are getting a casing as the phone protection. Otherwise, one gonna use it very very carefully.

I remembered someone asked whether our carrier supports fast dormancy mode before, I've tested out on Maxis and the answer seems NO. When FDM is enabled, the phone doesn't get to deep sleep most of the time so should disable FDM for Maxis

It will not be here so soon. When it reach Msia, should be month of June. Unless you are willing to pay for a super premium price just to get it.

just got back from sevenmobile and played with the Red G2..really nice and a beauty..feels good in hand too without glossy finish..but its not that grippy too..

no rush if not a huge update within 4.4
4.2.2 is so stable afterall..
