Not too sure what is causing it, opening apps also lags. Opening gallery (micro SD) also lags. Typing also lags. Scrolling up and down also lags.

My iPhone colleague laughs at me. She is only using iPhone 4s.

the sd card function really will not work even flashing the stock rom???

I have seen users reporting even simple apps like poweramp cannot detect songs on the external sd. So yeah it can be a real deal breaker.

Any other suggestion? No KitKat for now, I see that MicroSD is not usable and root will cause knox to be tripped.

It only allow you saving photos to external SD card, the rest simply dead most of it.

Unless you root and change the platform.xml

That the easier way, else you need to know check one by one which apps that actually cause it.

Ya, some issue on Knox, include that external SD card issue and only root can solve it. As for S View issue, need wait somebody hack it else only Genuine Samsung version will work.

Yep, it not even allow you to write something on it, it will prompt something like "disk full".

Unless you root it and trip the knox, then this issue will be solved.

then need to think twice before flashing it.......

External sdcard issue should be fixed in future version as Note 3 is supposed to support external sd. But dunno how long gotta wait.

After you use Samsung original chipset, all is working as usual except turn on the phone via Home button as this function is never there in Samsung one.

Does ES File Explorer external SD card works on Android 4.4?
And if the song already in SD card, can the stock player plays the song?
