What wrong with rvp hair??
Did he purposely color it white??
It can't be his original hair..he is 30 years old? Still should be black
Even if got also wont be so obvious like right now

If fiorentina deploy him as AM, think he'll succeed. He jus don't have the stamina for box to box CM.

What a waste of talent, playing him out of his favored role and labelled a failure in United sad.gif

Evra, Rooney and RVP both out Chelsea match, lucky Mourinho is the type that will satisfy with 1-0, 2-0 win, if not we might see another 5-1 or 6-1 happen sweat.gif sweat.gif

Realistically, what is achievable between now and the end of the season?

It's hard to say. My view is that the results in the next six or seven matches will tell us what our aim is for the rest of the season. The next game is Chelsea away - a tough match, but if we win we'll only be six points behind Chelsea. That still gives us a chance to think about maybe winning the title. I know, at the moment, it maybe doesn’t sound right to think that way [when you look at the table], but we still hope that with a few wins in a row we can still challenge and from there we can see what our position is.

So you haven't given up on the title?

No, I'm not giving up, not yet.

from the captain...tho some will laugh it off or pfffttt...i share his view n spirit...

Definitely not a direct replacement for evra because that's not even his original position. He's well known for being a centre-back(Great replacement for vidic). You can check the positions he has played this season: http://www.whoscored.com/Players/44643/

Pardon the late reply but gotta agree with you on this. Davide Astori's original position is Centre Back. It's like putting Phil Jones in CM for long term when his original position is CB.

Lel.. long term replacement for Evra. *facepalm*

when top teams clash..form /league position goes out of the equation..it's a funny game..mourinho is kinda right, usually the team most unexpected to win will come out on top in big games. so i won't be surprised if moyes is the one who ends mourinho home league record, as absurd as that sounds smile.gif

jz hope one of the top 4 suffer a massive loss of form to drop many points ..then we will have a chance to reach top 4. but it's not easy.. we need to be winning games too.

My view on United,

Fergie starts from Bruce, Ince , Hughes followed by Class of 92 era and then Ronaldo, Vidic, Carrick + few from class of 92 era. Now all gone.

United really miss Ferguson, someone who can rebuild a championship winning in just 2-3 years. Moyes ? Hahahaha

Only Ferguson can win the premiership with ageing Vidic, Ferdinand and Evra at the back 4. Look how shit was Evra this season? Ferguson done very miracle work last season.
Of course with the help of Van Persie who make a different last season.

All what United have is just 2 world class striker. Rooney and Van Persie. All other players are just mediocre player. How can you win a title with Carrick, Fletcher, Cleverly in midfield ?
Winger ? Valencia, Nani and Young all shit.

Moyes need time. You can't rebuild a team in just 2-3 years. How many years did Chelsea and City took to win a title after Abramovich and "Pak Arab" buy their club ?
Of course United can't throw $100millions in just 1 transfer season. They had to pay Glazer's debt. But they have Moyes. Someone who bring stability to Everton, a club who do not have transfer budget. They had to sell first before they can buy (proof).

Just my 20 sen. Hehehe. So boring maa tengah-tengah malam. But, As a Chelsea fan, i even have more faith in Moyes than MU fans themselves. whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

Optimistic la.

Have faith. If we fall, pick ourselves up and rise again. Every defeat is a new lesson learnt, improvise and improve. That is how we roll. If we are always negative ahead of games, will it do any good?
