Hi all, I book the xv and we agreed on the 2015 car
Everything went well, deposit paid, down payment paid and car number plate bought .. They were suppose to register the car yesterday.. And today they called and told me the car allocated is a 2014 car. I m of cos very unhappy and I said I will not accept a 2014 car . 2015 totally no stock and cannot find anymore

Can u advise or where should I complain to? Shall I complain to subaru Japan?

The 2015 stock is officially out of stock. My SA will refund my deposit. He offered a special price for 2016 car for RM119k since my loan was approved, but I guess I'll go for the Civic instead.

Really disappointed with Motor Image's way of doing business. They gave their customers hope but can't fulfill their promises.
