Hye guys..im d owner of vios 2013..my only problem is lack of space or compartment to put my handfon n my wallet..hehehe..got any idea where i can create space or compartment? 1 more thing..im craving to install new screen n reverse cam..can u guys tell me where can i find d best and cheapest place in penang esp in seberang perai..hehehe..thanks

New batch vios still got engine mounting and lower arm problem?

As far as I read this forum, found out the general problems listed are follow:

1) Very loud when rain hit the root (Need to add some sponge) - as claimed that it is FOC
2) Lower Arm
3) Engine mounting

Anyone who own Vios registere after March 2015 still have all this problem ?

Already went to toyota 4 roof noise..foc..no need to pay anything..

Btw..how do u detect d lower arm n engine mounting problem? Got noise or someting ka?

I'm not yet own Vios.. But after reading Vios forum, these 3 items I heard most people complain about.
I just want to know whether all these 3 have been resolved in latest batch.
Otherwise, like root noise. After dismantle and apply the additional sponge, will you get more noise.

its just 3-4 slices of hollow sponge.

it only reduce the noise mildly, not an effective dampening mat.

so, don't expect a miracle outcome~

wonder why they do not insert the sponge before deliver to customer as this is well know issue for new Vios.

Yup..d noise still there but not as loud as before..so not as annoying as before when raining..beside yhe problems that vios have im quite satisfied wit my car..my opinion..hehehe..

apart from the 3 key issue, actually its an OK car.

low maintenance and quite good FC.

not too much to complaint anymore.

This problem only for 1st batch vios..as d toyota cs said la..hehehe..like mine..d newer batch already been install..

If i want to change my headlamp to HID Xenon ... any recommendation ?

Which spec you bought ? Care to share with us if you are G or TRD, how was the Solar Tinted film come with the car ? Is that effective ?

just wonder do you guys notice the doors are too easy to swing open?
