I got that Scorpion but did not build it to Malaysia army type, just a UNPROFOR in KOSOVO. It a tiny tank as compare to other. Around the size of a M113 APC. The closer one to Malaysia Adnan will be dutch YPR-765 by afv club.

mini hobby leclerc. here the problem
1) low detail machine gun & crews - Replace by tamiya 2) the view finder is tooo big. 3) No cap for snorkel tank that attach behind the turret. Repair with pla plate 0.3mm 4) visible screw in the wheel. 5) Easy assembly bcos all merge in 1 plate. less detail. conclusion: encourage to get Tamiya leclerc. I got that academy M998 IED truck which also contain part from this one. It simple to build and instruction easy to understand. Recommended for beginner. Got plenty of accessories too.

Since I am using clear plastic A4 sheet to replicate the thickness (or lack off) of Wespe's superstructure, it was quite a while to measure it to approximate shape. Don't mind the gap since this is only for dryfitting. Many interior details are still on the way Additional picture on the bare interior. Will try to add in the charge boxes, radio, antenna holder, stowage, etc in the as well later on. The recoil tray seems to fit in better as compared to the one given by the kit. |

QUOTE(limfreelance @ Dec 10 2014, 10:13 AM) Hummel ada already, so I wanted to get its smaller brother. Snatch this one from Hobby HQ last time when they are having sales. And since CTC Malaysia didn't bring in diecast Wespe in their issue, that is another reason |

QUOTE(limfreelance @ Dec 10 2014, 11:21 AM) This is THE kit A rebadge of ESCI old mold for this particular one, so the details are quite poor as compared to today's standard. Modifications was and is currently ongoing because I wanted to at least make it accurate (to my eyes). The superstructure that comes with it was deem too thick for me, hence the DIY |
