bicycle i always recommend pasar keramat. RM250-350 for mountain bike, and RM450-500 for light foldable bike.

But yeah. Islamic gamer wife exists, but its getting harder to find. The older i am, it gets even harder to find...

Yeah. i do track each improvements of my waist, weiner, weight, size, thigh, and wrists.

I would estimate for every 7.5kg you lose, you gain half an inch of weiner. but its a reverse J curve, in a sense, that you gain the most weiner lenght in the middle of the weight loss, and less at start/end of the regime.

I think you just have to continue building muscles and lose weight. but do consult healthfags...cuz as far as im concerned, it is natural that the flab there fold when you rukuk/fold down

I agree with both. must do all of them, a good diet, combined with a healthier lifestyle and a slurry of cardio. and consistency to lose weight.

btw, what is cocoa butter cream? can i just use milo and smear it on my stomach? that sounds cheaper.
