Himalaya claimed its products are natural. Take a look on their ingredients, see how NATURAL they are. Put it aside.

Don't get everything complicated. For those who still have ACTIVE acne,
CETAPHIL-> NOTS -> Moisturizer ( optional )

For those who have OCCASIONAL acne ( means that 1 to 3 acnes per month ),
CETAPHIL->NOTS -> Elicina

For those who don't have acne already, but still have acne marks
CETAPHIL-> Elicina.


Don't mix up everything and apply tonnes of products on your skin at once. It cannot breathe. Use common sense because imagine you yourself cover your body with a lots of clothes. You will obviously feel warm, hot then sweat. When you sweat a lot, your body produce more lactic acid.

And another word, please be PATIENT, its the KEY word because you can't expect acne to get away within days. Give yourself until 2.5months to see result. Normally, a person with severe acne until he is totally clear will take approx 12 months. Then, after the 12 months, he can start to apply product to heal acne scars.

Scrub and mask. Hmm...can't really recommend a product that really 100% convince me. Maybe u could go for Sk-II.

i didn get any when i bought it....
by the way, i seeked alot of guardian and watson...no signed of NOTS..wander how is the panOXy look like??and wher can i get it??can i switch it to oxy5??it contains 5% of benzoyl peroxide. will the more 2.5% benzoyl peroxide affect the ance?

I bought it from Watson,SS15 there....but then the NOTS I bought left just one only.....so too bad.....actually I did use benzoyl peroxide 5% but then it causes me some irritation on skin and left red spot there... so switch to NOTS and see whether it gatal or not...

Anyways guyz...I need to know how to improve my current skin condition for me..just merely cleanser and NOTS then can already ?? Or need to buy toner or moisturizer for better result?!

You are right. You got the exact item to start my regimen.

Do NOT use over 2.5% of BP. It irritates skin. Please visit lots of Watsons and Guardian because I believe some of them might keep old stocks but the expiry date is still far. I am now trying to find alternatives for you all. Please keep yourself update by visiting this thread regularly to know more.

Use CETAPHIL and NOTS for 2.5months, then you post up your photo again. The before and after will be significant. The key word - PATIENT.

ehh..tell u what JinYee....The expiry date for NOTS is 2 months later....so in case if I finish the product and I couldn't find another NOTS from anywhere...could u recommend me any product similiar to NOTS??

so If I apply NOTS after washing my face....I apply it on the entire of my skin or those spot which is left after ance...which means ACNE SCAR...

That's the problem, because Neutorgena does not intend to market its NOTS in Malaysia anymore. We have scarcity for that product. I am trying to get something which can substitute NOTS for you all.

Wash your face with CETAPHIL, then apply NOTS on acne prone area. That's all. Don't be stingy, apply in generous dosage and smear it evenly and let it dry. Remember, for the 1st week, use it once per two night, then at the 2nd week, start using it once per night. That's all. DO NOT use it twice per day and use it on daytime!

i have been trying some products and so far i have not really been happy with the results

currently im using Nivea for Men- Oil Control face wash.

my skin is more to blackheads that develop into pimples if i gatal pinch them or sometime they will develop into pimples..

and i also got scars cos i think my skin heals slowly..

any suggestion on how to improve?

Benzoyl Peroxide tends to bleach and when its expose under sunlight, it will cuase post inflammantory hyperpigmentation. In other word, it will turn a black or brown spot which is so obvious after your acne healed when you apply BP to your acne during the day.

Do some research regarding Benzoyl Peroxide. Know why some people's acne did not stop until certain period? Because they do not have knowledge on what they apply to their face. Anyway, know more about what you apply on your skin, then you will know what to do and what not to do.

From some resources, Mineral Oil also clog pores. Only vegetable oils do not clog pores...

Today I read the stars newspaper.....ministry of health plan to investigate SK II products......where the products claimed to have metallic substance....chromium or something bla bla like that...
