QUOTE(jinyee80 @ Aug 23 2007, 09:19 PM) Your skin is somehow sensitive to moisturizer. You should apply only a thin layer. Please keep me up to date. If the problem still persist, you should temporary stop moisturizer. jinyee, thanks for ur reply... i've stop using the moisturizer since the pimple pops out... now my forehead is back to square one... fortunately, other areas are not attected... i only applied a thin layer on it n u know the rest... i'll oso test out to c if it's due to poor health lately (had cold n flu on n off) or due to the moisturiser... the moisturizer seems working good on my knees (sometimes when weather is very hot or cold, skin on my knees will flake like snake! yikes! ) again, thank you!

QUOTE(jinyee80 @ Oct 13 2007, 10:22 AM) I have spotted a quite good and affordable item on Watson's shelves yesterday, its the ZA cleansing oil. Since both TISS and ZA are owned by SHISEIDO, I believed the formula should be around the same. Perhaps you can have a try on cleansing oil on the whitehead area. Please let me know where's the bump area? forehead? If its forehead, I also doubt maybe its due to the hairproducts that you used. You can apply thin layer of foundation to temporaily cover up the spot since you said its very soon. P/S: Okay I am not invited to the wedding. FINE! hi jinyee, u can b my bridemaid! or b my make up artist! the bumpy area is on the forehead... btw, i have this rough skin below my eye area... can cetaphil or bp or the cleansing oil clear them? how do u suggest on using the cleansing oil? morning? nite? after bp? thanks a million! nicKit.

QUOTE(auroradreams @ Mar 4 2008, 05:39 PM) hi jinyee08, im new here i wanted 2 noethe correct way of using pure and mild pore clean up oil cuz my black and whiteheads doesnt come out leh after putting the oil. Do i need 2 put alot of it or use it everyday cuz d instuction says only use it 1-2 times a week only? is d oil harsh for my skin if i use it daily? i have acne skin bt now taking roaccutane, my skin is way better d..only just a few blackheads and 1 o 2 mini acne and red spots. So,is it ok 2 use d oil o should i use ur regimen?...i c tat da responses on ur regimen is really good leh..hehe tq ~auroradreams~ i've asked jinyee a few days ago abt the same question... but i'm using ZA cleansinng oil (i think)... these are her reply : QUOTE . wat does the oil do? dunno wat it do... Basically, the oil is derived from mineral oil, which is a leave out/substances from the extraction of crude oil. Many might claim OIL will clog pores but mineral oil did not. It can easily melt away foundation and cosmetic products, so its highly used by major brand. If you survey you shall find out shu uemura and kanebo and etc cleansing oil includes mineral oil as their major ingredient. But stay away from synthetic oil as it may contains preservative or fragrance that may irritate fragiled skin.
2. how to use it? currently using it at nite without water. Just apply some of the oil on a cotton ball and gentle wipe through your face. Please do not have contact with WATER first as when it mixed, oil will eventually float on water will unable the oil to play its role in cleansing. jinyee, i hope u dun mind...

the regimen that jinyee suggest is not 100% guaranteed n she oso din say that she'll 100 % guarantee it'll work for everyone... some skin is sensitive to others... n yeah, experimenting is really the word... i believe jinyee won't blame anyone for the regimen din suit u... (i'm one of the few that benefit from jinyee's regimen but dun get me wrong!) she just wished for everyone to have a beautiful skin... n btw, she din even say she's professional so pls dun flame her la (for those who read the whole thread will know who)... poor gal...

QUOTE(Princess Shmoosh @ Mar 11 2008, 06:45 PM) It's okay, nicKit =D Don't worry about it. Lara, I read the list of ingredients. I don't think there are any special secret ingredients that is worth RM110! Especially since this is a Malaysian product which is still not well-known yet, I don't think they should charge so much. It works for me as well but at RM110 for 5ml, I'm still wondering if it's worth it (dahlah packaging bukan professional sangat. Maybe RM60 is more reasonable. Oh, by the way, I've been using a product some LYN seller is selling here. Reasonably priced and I love that it moisturizes without any sticky or oily feeling. Though I must note that I don't see a clear acne-busting effect. thank god... i'm very weak at words... sometimes i just type wat's on my mind... no full stop somemore... thanks princess! *hugs*
