So I was offered a free ebook by 7premium, at noon today. I then confirmed it's a trade, a free ebook for a review of his service. Since it's free and there's nothing to lose, I agreed to it.

I picked a random book from Amazon, and sent my request. 9 minutes after I sent the private message, he responded, saying he delivered said book.

I didn't specify the format of ebook I wanted, so he sent it to me in EPUB, and gave me options for MOBI, AZW, or PDF.

Customer service: Great, considering it's not an automated process. Though personally I don't mind waiting several hours. There's no confusion in the communication.

Delivery quality: Great, it's not a mainstream book, so I'm somewhat convinced he bought that book from Amazon just for my order. Should anyone in the future request for the same book, all he have to do is send you the copy he already own and charge you for it. Which is really fair, because you are buying a service of convenience, really.

As for the paying process, I have no comment on that since I got my copy for free. But I will assume, base on everything I experienced so far, it should be fuss free as well.

Overall impression is a good one. I would recommend 7premium for your fuss free ebook purchasing.

Claim the last slot of eBook. Has been thinking to get that book for some time but prefer a physical version. Bump across this thread and since it's free and being a typical cheapskate, so i choose to have a go at digital version instead.

Anyway, I must say TS is very friendly! Excellent customer service! I'm willing to pay for the difference in the eBook price which exceed the free price he offered and here's what he said

"And you won't need to top-up the amount, said it's free then let it be all free, 99% free + 1% payment still not equal to free, haha."

I did mention being a typical cheapskate but when it comes to education, i'm willing to spend if its worth my money. In case you guys think i'm just being a cheapskate to claim the free ebook which price more than what TS offered.

TS also respond to me very fast and explain everything very clearly. If you're particular on customer service experience to buy your digital copy, TS is your choice; excellent service with good discounts!

I'll post another review when i make a purchase with TS as this is a free service, as NXJ mentioned; I'm not paying for this one so can't comment much on the payment process. But I don't think this is a problem, as TS mentioned he will send you the quote price according to the current rate.
