For those who are on the fence about this service, rest assured. Sam is the real deal.

I contacted him in the morning to get a quote for two books, both not easily available at my regular sources. He responded very quickly with a quotation - one at 40% off, the other at 50% off. Those are substantial savings by any measure.

I got payment information and went ahead to place the order in the evening. The books came through in minutes...MINUTES...after we conversed on PM and email. They work perfectly fine on my iPad and are retail copies which means the Table of Content links work and all formatting you would expect are in place.

However, do note that on some books the Amazon Kindle versions are not as well formatted and don't appear as pretty on your iPad as those available from Apple's iBook store. So if aesthetics are important to you, take that into consideration.

He was good natured throughout the transaction even when I made a mistake with the payment. It is rare to find someone who shows empathy, patience and civility when doing business in today's society so it is a genuine pleasure to deal with Sam. This won't be my last transaction, for sure.
