one quick question here, i sent my gf's sv for 10k service last weeknd, and the sc billed us total of RM227.



Seem like they overcharge us as i check with the service schedule, spark plug only required to be change every 20k. windscreen washer and petrol treatment already >rm30.

Any comments?

10k = minor service.
only this required :
engine oil
drain plug
oil filter

sparkplug change every 20K, although some pepel 60K never change also.
one question : did the SC pepel story to you what is actually required for 10K service?

You only need the 3 items as iskazulka pointed out below:

spark plug change 80k km or 13 years whichever comes first

if ayam ur little brother.

i tot so, even coolant they also changed they did story to me what to change and i did asked them need to change meh the spark plug. they said yes.

need to avoid the sc for future services. thanks btw for the feedbacks.

please disclose which SC, so that we can avoid

btw, what and where is the SC ?
did they tell u what is required for the service a?
if u go go outside workshop, u still need to know what is required.
sorry that u kena chopped. but lesson have learned. jgn sedeh2 ok.

it's your right to change or not, not them. btw, because you not sure, deswai kena chopped.
next time be aware and be firm abit.
if u asked them every time service also kena change one.

as a result of me learned from friends here, i managed to cancelled change spark plug when done 30k service.

the sc is at taman kosas, ampang. persona capital sdn bhd iinm. corner lot shop, facing schools.

my 40k serbis is up next.
and I will insist on getting my vege head chopped.
I will change my CBT oil at 40k.
Gonna guess what's their reaction.

1) No need change la boss, book say 60k ma.

2) Ahh good ah, change earlier is good.

3) Boss you sudah lambat la, actually yes, book say 60k, tapi we rekomend customer 20k edi change

well, please avoid the SC. can go to pandan indah SC or pandan jaya SC.
some of friends here has been there.

To keep your warranty, just follow the service booklet unless they can produce an official service bulletin from Proton that states a new schedule.

Although if your Saga is a CVT, some here will recommend you change CVT fluid every 40k km instead of 60k km as recommended in the booklet.
