Michael Essien agrees 18-month AC Milan deal?

Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien has reportedly agreed a move to Serie A side AC Milan.

Blues manager Jose Mourinho revealed today that Essien is free to leave the club after eight years.

It has now emerged that the 31-year-old will move to the San Siro on a free transfer after agreeing an 18-month deal with the club, according to Sky Sports News.

Essien, who had a loan stint at Real Madrid during his Chelsea career, has made nine appearances for the Blues this season.

here is what different between now and then..back then we dont have exact model to play..now we do have it..

every signing will be according to the model set by mourinho..

we dont have to sign a expensive world class player if he do not fit into the plan.

example..mata cant fit..we sell..we sign salah that more or less another willian.
