Hi All,

I declared 2012 tax.

But for 2013, i worked from 24 Dec'12 to mid of Sep'13.

Then I started to work in SG Nov'13 till now.

Did I need to declare? sweat.gif I dont think i had EA form.

Yes, off course you need to declare your income for 2013 albeit till september.
if you don't have your EA, you need to add up your income via your pay slip

claim up to the amount you paid. present as follow
subscription 1000
less : amount received (500)
amount claim 500

Aggregate income is your gross income inclusive of all fixed allowances and OTs.

EPF deduction will come later under relieves with life insurance up to a max of RM 6k

I need to add my life insurance premium and KWSP amount all together for 2013?

In my Alliance's Insurance Statement

Life Insurance Premium + KWSP = Insurans nyawa dan KWSP ?

Medical Insurance Premium = Insurans pendidikan dan perubatan ?
