I keep seeing this when I want to upgrade in Cydia.
I used V2.0 Taig, tried to upgrade the jailbreak by add apt.taig.com as per instructed but still the same. Can't upgrade the essential either, same thing pop up. hmm.gif

Since you doin' fresh restore, use the latest taig, v 2.1.3

close cydia. reboot ios. open cydia. wait for 5 min. u might need high speed broadband.

After jailbreak first time run cydia. Preparing Filesystem keep runing without complete. Any idea?

i used pangu to jailbreak my iphone 5 ios 8.1. It is working fine. Yesterday I saw some new updates in cydia for :

- cydia upgrade 1.1.18 (current 1.1.16)
- uikit 1.1.10
- taig 8.1.3-8.x untether

Should I install them or just ignore? I am not sure why cydia ask me to install taig as I used pangu previously to JB the phone.

its the best time to do it, if at all u wish to stay in JB land.
otherwise 8.4 will be out and apple will stop signing 8.3 quickly.

u shud update. these are the spine of the jb u are running.
plus i read somewhere pangu was intact using TAIG's jailbreak n that explains what u are experiencing.

U can update except for taig 8.1.3-8.x untether.. No need as u use pangu for ur jailbreak and that things is for taig jailbreak.
