Raikkonen, dont full throttle while at 1st and 2nd gear. imho 70% throttle is enough.

Had a bad race last nite with my engine blew out in 1st lap but i'm not alone... there's 3 other retirements with engine problems..

i dunno what was the damaged set last night race - but all the dnf - overheating, engine on fire, CTDP mod (rfactor engine) is amazin

i did not change much the default setup - guess my engine was sufficiently cooled

but somethin happened during my last lap - maybe the brake is gone (brake duct? i did not change anything?)

my tyres started to lock up, went into the gravel, and cannot hold Alan at the final straight start finish aghhhh - another infamous moment

i'm headache troubleshooting the dedicated server now...

it was running fine before the patch (v1070), but with latest v1150, it's start giving the problems.

it happens to other leagues also, finland with 40+ max drivers, asrwc previous round 33+ drivers, they are facing the same problems....

i'm tweaking the multiplayer.ini (proposed by agents VMS) to see it helps or not...stay tune !!!!!!!!

the problems happen when one of the client can't communicate with dedicated server, the server will drop all the clients... , in v1070, server will drop only the problematic clients.

keep on testing & troubleshooting !!!!!!

Since brakes already hot...straight line also less power.
Or maybe Williams always faster in straight?

nope, the fastest is the one with the best setup.
but hell, I need more steering lock with the car than i need with F1C. also the engine boost really make me look after the rpm more, now that if I overuse that I can blow up. The good thing is that I can use lower wing than i normally would, and it does not affect my turn in speed that much compared to F1C, but I feel that it's just because the difference in prefereces with RH and CTDP. Now that I can't run F1C anymore under Vista, rFactor is the only thing i have left T.T

I think for settings, you should ask for Redline setup.... everybody did 1.2*, he did 1.17 in Montreal!

1.16 here on a keyboard . And no corner cutting too

Guys, can a setup file be used with any F1 2005 cars?

Also, rFactor does not allow us to adjust any files?

Raikkonen : you can adjust the plr file to reduce the vibration... that's what i did

Tested yesterday where i sent my setup to Evo (Toyota to McLaren), minor parameters need to be adjusted like gearing (u need to check with Evo) BUT u can't save the setup...it'll give mismatch & server will drop u (this happen to Evo).

Remember the setup value and adjust your base setup following the given setup and save.

excellent time - is this rFactor CTDP or F1C coz i thought that CTDP mod only works with 1150 rFactor, maybe im wrong

whatever fast lap u do gettin the car to the finish grid right is what matters most right

anway so many things to consider running CTDP - setups and strategy, u know the no tyre change, qualify fuel and setup, i believe after u setup for qualify u, for race u can only change limited parameters

redline - send me the toyota 1-2 screenshot, for me deskop background (beautiful 7950gx2 render )
