I'm looking to buy for my new apartment a hood + hob combination. Wish to have ceramic + induction combi for hob, hood prefer easy to clean (can pull hose, i think). Myy budget 3k or less for the hood + hob. Currently looking at these two brands
Option 1: Livinox
Hob: LEH-4318ICS
Hood: LCH-RUBY-90SS
This option very budget friendly, well within range with spare change. Also very impressed with the hood and ease to clean tray.
Option 2: Rinnai
Hob: RB-7022HE-CB
Hood: RH-C94A-SSVR
This option above my budget, but heard feedback on aftersales service + reliability very good. Not liking the hood mesh filters but very impressed with the suction power even at 1000m3/hr
I am inclined to Livinox at first because it was well within my budget. But another shop I went (who is also carrying Livinox) suggested not to buy it because they have hellish experience to get after sales service, even take 1 month for service center to response to client.
May I know if you carrying Livinox, do you face these kind of problems with service? Besides Rinnai, is there any reliable brand that can cater to my requirements? I am open to mix+match diff hood+hob, most importantly reliable + good aftersales service.
