Not so bad this time. No 100K unfurnished package. Luckily. If not I sure butt hurt. Reason behind the fully furnished package is due to the FA they inked with stone master in 2015. 300mil products and services from stone master with no int etc payable over 60 months. Thriven made extra from buyers by packaging these furnished units while paying suppliers at no int over 60 months.

Making myself feel better by telling myself that there is no evening sun and the view is out of reach due to the balcony design. Haha.

I didn't know there was a two times higher price revision. So there is at least an upside of 10% for phase 2 as compared to phase 1 after discount. Boss chiahau can confirm?

I just went and clarified. Prices remain for Type A where as prices for Type B and C increase an average of 10%.

On a serious note, passed by the site yesterday and saw the construction works still going on late at night. But couldn't see much from NKVE highway. Progress seem to be slow imo..
