My gut feel is the discount going to continue until 60% 3rd phase is sold.

dont think Thriven is proven in high end market. More like a new car brand by mid size car producer that sell high price product/car. Yet to be qualified in bmw n merc level. Bmw n merc is big car producer sell high end car with proven record.
