Eh ya.. I was there having a coffee after taking pics of Lumi. Damn many chio bu.. u syok lo.. everyday can wash eyes haha!!!

The hailam kopitiam really did block coffee bean view. Can't notice coffee bean. Ground floor fully occupied already. Second and third floor probably around 30-40% occupied. Very Ong la this place.

Too bad la can only go on weekends. Chiobu can see cannot touch. The Japanese restaurant next to VG cafe looks good btw. I hope Lumi commies can turn out to be as promising as TA commies too.

Brownland is the sole agency and Thriven doesn't have a sales team to market and sell their products. Thriven only has a marketing team do deal with promotion etc.

Super beautiful park. Love the area but hate the traffic. I passed by TA yesterday and looks like the hainan kopitiam is a green light. Kesian coffee bean.
