The offices there empty and the parking is horrible for people to visit.
He already give up in selling. Gonna own use liao.

Once TG fully completes and Lumi VP closely behind, he said no chance to sell at good margin already.

He regretted did not buy TG last time  tongue.gif

AD has been progressing rapidly for god knows how long already, still failed. Super quiet. In fact AD CBD is older than KD CBD but we all know which side is doing better in terms of rental and cap appreciation. Look at the commies there also you want to puke blood. The prices of properties in AD don't come cheap at all. Many are left vacant. MANY projects in AD are near the LRT but they are not doing well at all. Just look at the quality of the projects near LRT in AD. Lumi one is not mall la boss.. 35k total sf only.

TA parking sucksssssss. But now I know how to access from the parking to the lift already. But future boom commie la. Now also booming very fast already with the ground floor almost fully taken up. I think after Reno etc will be 70% occupied leh..

Went there to sign snp during their main launch two years back. It was during Xmas. Very happening. But after singing no more food already. Seriously damn lousy planning.

Was invited to their fine dining event which was limited to I think 70 pax. SA told to bring someone potential so can close sale but when I said I don't have any, SA told me slot full Liao.

Nono.

High end dinner event was about a month ago. 3 course meal. It was in conjunction with the lucky draw for the diamond one.

Xmas party was two years ago. But their Xmas party very nice la. Very exclusive because of the showroom concept. Felt like I was in a bar than a showroom.

The only free gift I got after all these snp singing was a USB thumb drive. 2gb only

Took them 1.5 years to sell. Not too bad in this weak market sentiment for mil mil props. Wonder what those keyboard tok kok warriors in this thread got to say about it.. just wondering. Sure got kok to tok one these fellas. 😜
