With current market, even selling at 1.1m or 1.2m for 862 sq ft should barely break even..

Holding cost not cheap at all.

For TH, I'll be staying there rather than looking for a rent / sell as landed property appreciates over time.

As for Condos, with 2020/2021 completion, Cantara and other few more condos in AD can pose some threat to the pricing.

I think end up Lumi also is barely a break even thing after factoring all the cost.
