Sadly I only found out that tower 3 and 4 will be still in their ID stage after tower 1 and 2 vp after purchasing it..

TBH holding cost for TH more expensive due to the rental income generated from TH is expected to be way lower than Lumi. Parkfield is expected to vp this year and Lumi two years later in 2019. Not too sure of my game plan yet with the lack of commies in TH

Boss you serious TA barely profit ah!? Always thought they make a lot of the one bedder is disposed at an average of 650k. Don't think condos in AD pose a threat to this side of Tropicana. I got a ticking bomb in hand also. Gonna dispose it a year before all TG phases plus the mall is up.
