currently they r selling 158k for intermediate. why I see taikors here mentioned mostly upper floor sold..but i tot retail for grd floor wan normally do better?

This kind of place suitable for office. Upper floor very suitable for trading company.

May be it is due to most of the 3D Screen show that attract manflow are at the upper floor ceiling.

Good potential... Take up rate is quite good.
Anchor tenants not yet confirm? Mall management is crucial.... Cinema, beverages, bowling alley with good retail line up... Surrounded by huge residential community.... Hopefully it is ong

Suadrif, yes it's a standard 10 by 10 shop and can use as 12 by 10. This kind of shop is like u see in wholesale complex in China or GM Klang. The block b is actually blocked by the owner themselves, not sure to lease or to sell later. U can do your business there in future smile.gif
They will set up the leasing team soon... If they manage well, the place should boom... Otherwise it will b screwed.
Retail mix and selection is also important....

The lower floor corner the fnb is very good unit,

I understand that they have other high end landed residential projects near bukit jalil... Sales should be
moving quite steadily for sentral Bazar... Again it depends on product mix and management
