yup. block c open for sale. half of it sold out. i just ask them to provide the available unit in block c.Highlighted is available unit

How do the individual kiosks have the utilities? Seperate meter or shared with main building bulk meter?

If developer carry this project well, yes, it will be a attractive place, otherwise, it juz gonna be another "abandon" building. It's will be all depends on how developer cum management gonna make this place happening within the first 3 years.

have the same thought before posting. in that case, if the main building operator screw up, you will follow the same faith. this investment is very risky in this case.

assuming you are the owner of 1 of the small kiosk. your utilities is very depending on the main bazaar operator. If the operator somehow don't have sufficient cash to pay the utilities bill, then if utilities decided to cut the bulk meter source, then as a small kiosk you will not have any power or water to run your business anymore.
