The bigger the screen surface, it's getting easier to crack. Also depend on how the user take care the phone. A few of my friend use iphone 4 and htc, the screen cracked. they change the phone, still cracked. In this case, I won't blame the phone but the owner.

If you use the phone too long, the screen will always goes off and screen is locked even not put on your ears. I sometime use for 1 hour and a half with handsfree, need to press power button to wake up the phone.
(why hour and half, because stupid maxis will cut off my tollfree call and need to redial again... very annoying)
