Forgot to mention my Z1 issue yesterday.

Power button not responsive - pressing power button didn't wake up the phone, i need to press camera button instead. Reboot resolved the issue.

Temperature increase up to 60C when use Waze and GPS for 20 minutes. Use inside the car in sunny day might adding more heat but to hot actually. Use Sygic before but not hot.

Suddenly, no LTE, 3G or GPRS connection at all, disabled and enabled mobile data do nothing. Again reboot resolve it.

I never think about that because when I lost the internet connection I was at police station, I though they have installed signal blocker there, but there is a free wifi I can use, so didn't care much about phone signal.

I dont' think network issue because when I reach home, the phone still have no internet. I should at least bypass 3 tower already by the time I reach home, how come all got problem . My LTE modem work fine at home. Reboot phone solve it. If network issue, phone can switch to LTE or 3G or EDGE or at least GPRS. All 4 should available at my area.

My bro-in-law involve in tower operation and upgrade... he went around Malaysia to check...

The LTE connection are between a tower with LTE transceiver and LTE phone, there is nothing to do with another equipment. If another LTE equipment located at the same area can connect to LTE, but only my phone can't, it's must be something wrong with the phone. I have 3 more LTE devices beside my phone.

My E10 1st plug in to Z1 have no light. Have light when connect to S3 but no sound come out.

I saw Z1 rebooted itself and after that I plug in E10, everything work perfectly. Nothing come out on notification to say USB connected. I saw notification on S3. Lucky I didn't give away my E10.

Sound alive... best part no need to root the phone. USB DAC will do the magic to the sound.

Don't forget another one is Xperia SL, the Xperia S twin brother. only born few months after that.

Arrive from China after about 1 month waiting.





Capacity only 3200mah, initial test from full batt (after 1st charge), can charge from 10% to 63% of Z1. At least can get 12 hours used (FB, tethering and chating).

I never use powercase before so this what I like/dislike:
Use the magnetic connector to charge
When connected to power, can also charge directly the phone 1st and after full, charge the powercase in dual mode.
Have kickstand for watching movie but the stand feel filmsy
Fit nicely, not loose but not cover all
Sure can protect back glasses
cheap, less than RM50 (not including shipping) - actually I get for free
Added thickness but still no issue for me, my Nokia N900 is thicker
Added extra 80g.
Cannot take pic with flash when use powercase, the flash light bounce back to lens.
Doesn't match my phone, only have white when I bought.

144x74x13mm, recess is too high and color is white and glossy, reflect more light.

for egg shape, even few mm already reflect the light.

I don't think simple home suitable for high phone, people will buy high end because to use most of the function.

Mine if I turn the jack, work fine.

I mean I turn the 3.5mm jack around because sometime i can hear 1 side. Maybe you should try using a different headphone/earphone.

That are power off button.

The indicator is under the sim flap (tray), you need to take out the tray to see it.

Look at this pic



On the right frame, there is a small white, 2 on left, 1 on right. That are the indicator.

So if you look from outside, it should be under the sim tray, under the USB port and under the micro sd card.
