Tropicana Heights is in Kajang 2 bro.
But the area is only 199 acres . much smaller compared to SEH - however, Tropicana has a good layout for that piece of land. It is bound to be expensive, because Tropicana entered the market late for Kajang land and their purchase cost was one of the highest which will multiply the holding cost and obviously the end price will be even higher as evidenced by the launch price.

My take: We all knew that LKS and the mgmt team will eventually leave; just matter of when or how and with the company in a strong position on all fronts - it seems to be the right time. Nonetheless, he's leaving behind a whole lot of lock stock and barrel of legacy and understudies which will drive the company. Not denying that the spirit / culture may change but am sure he will be interested to see how the company performs from the backseat.
