He got the chance till 29th(latest 30th morning) to settle my issue.
As long as I'm getting the car within this, I'm still ok with it.
Even with the fact that I already prepare the wiring harness for my new player.
BTW, he is "still" chasing HQ to approve the discount.
What I guess is, most of the 2012 stock already finish and not as what they claim still keeping at the assembly plant.
Once we place booking, they will only start to source where still got that stock, maybe they are taking back from Sabah/Sarawak, which take sometime.

Bolehkah saya meminta balik duit yang saya telah pakai disebabkan penjual kereta tidak menepati janji?
Saya nak meminta balik booking fee(rm1000) dan harga nombor plat(rm210) sahaja.
Kes saya adalah seperti yang berikut :
Pada akhir 2013, saya the nampak iklan di laman web(mudah, carlist, odo) dan mendapati ada satu penjual kereta yang memberikan diskuan yang tinggi sebanyak rm10000. Saya telah tanya dia mengenai diskuan ini dan setelah memastikan yang diskuan itu masih ada walaupun melepasi 2013 saya telah turunkan booking fee pada 3hb Jan 2014.
Sebelum ini dia telah cakap yang bank akan meluluskan pinjaman dalam masa 2 hari bekerja, faedah paling tinggi pun 2.9%, saya akan dapat kereta selepas bank meluluskan pinjaman dan kalau tak puas hati dengan warna kereta saya boleh tukar warna dengan tambah rm2500 sahaja.
Tetapi selepas turunkan booking fee, bank telah ambil masa lebih dari 4 hari untuk meluluskan pinjaman, faedah paling rendah pun 3%, kereta sudah lebih dari 10 hari pun tak boleh dapat, kalau nak tukar warna kena tunggu 6 hari(semua janji dia sudah lupa terus)
Pada masa ini saya tak nak buat aduan penuh dulu, setakat nak tanya nasihat dari tuan sebelum saya mengambil tindakan selanjutnya.
Jika saya nak ambil tindakan selanjutnya, saluran manakah yang paling baik?

What we can claim is the booking fee(must provide evidence that they cannot fullfill our requirement) and the number plate cost(receipt).
But I'll claiming my interest lost also.
