But if don't want, I'll spend another rm10 and send him to tribunal court, demanding back my rm1000 booking fee and rm210 number fee.

I can't choose color as he said he also don't know, but I don't mind as he can do respray(add rm2500) the whole car from in to out. Even after respray, I still get rm7500 so I willing to take the risk(before place booking 2 days sure kautim), also for a 2 year "new" car, respray will be better. But once booking placed, respray need 6 days, door inner part and under carpet cannot spray.


Not all SA will do this, mine are somemore a marketing manager, I trust him because of this.

That's bad, guess I can prepare for the worst case already.

Oh btw, i think for the good sake of all potential future buyer, shall we put a section for which good SA / Dealer / Branch that we deal with and also which bad experience SA / Dealer / Branch. At least they will not being trap into those insincere person and making trouble to the future buyer?

Initially I really feel is not good to spoil ppl business, but if is the person is doing all this to all their customers, shall we just warn ppl to at least avoid it? some comment from others?
