i usually shop online on geng niaga pancing. check out their facebook page.

i get tonnes of my used high end gear there. stella, ryoga, zillion, twinpower, ss air, gloomis, lures.

if for normal fishing gears or accesories, i go kepong tackle or ss2 fever.
*
Are they any cheaper than normal retailers?
I plan to get a mid range Shimano reel soon.

I went to Shah Alam pond yesterday and i fished for about 10 hours.
Ended up with a sore arm, cut finger but caught almost 10 tomans.
I had my longest battle ever which lasted about 30 mins with a possible monster but my line broke after i had to walk almost half the pond and the guys were quite pissed with me passing by.

Wah..playing finnese ?
*
The trip was not really planned so i was fishing using 20lbs mono line with 30lbs leader so the monster was in total control of the line. I had almost half my line out of the spool so imagine that. blink.gif

QUOTE(katsumoto2011 @ Dec 14 2015, 07:56 PM)
now you know why i use pe 1-3 rod with 70lb braid with 60lb leader
with daiwa phantom j modified carbon drag with max drag setting

anyway you get the fight of your life time  thumbup.gif  thumbup.gif

one advice you may wanna check you drag washer after this
*
I dont know how to access the drag washer. During the fight, the metal thing (the tik tik tik clip screwed under the drag) to make the drag sound broke doh.gif
Btw, i still dont know how to use the bomb bait at the pond.

I think most of us are not so shallow kua.. as long as the tool gets the job done it's a good tool.
*
U all used to high end stuff ma.
Even my line also im still using mono tongue.gif
By the way, do any of you have problems (finger pain due to abrasion) casting using braided? I think i might encounter that if i cast for many hours on braided.

I very lazy wanna wait for patin to bite and to prepare the bomb bait is so tedious and will make the hands dirty.
So i prefer to play toman but after awhile also get bored coz too much leaders and hooks gone lol.

Btw, they dont top up fishes anymore? I wanna fish for other fishes other than the usual patin/toman.

Some people really don't know what "conservation" means. Just because they pay means they can bring all the fishes back.
Anyway when was that?
