Yeah sure just take it back there and they will do the RMA for u. Make sure u bring ur receipt as well.

I want to share my experience with the forumers. Ytd I brought my H440 to lowyat to do RMA. They confirmed its the cable fault and within 30 minutes it is good to go. It was handled professionally by the shop.

Although the product have some manufacturing issue, but NZXT_Malaysia were very open about it and offer help. It is what customer service is about.

Would recommend!

Very expensive?
We already adjusted to match the SRP in US. They are selling USD139.99 = RM518 (based on x3.7) just rm20 difference and need to cover warranty, shipping, taxes.

that's y i said ridiculous price. markup too high with new release product..

Considering the fact that it's like a baby version of both Phantom series and H440 casing..the price is decent.Not ridiculous IMO.

hopefully it has improved air flow than h440.

If only the LEDs were RGB, would make things easier for non-modder like me. Imagine I want a completely black and blue build but prefer this case's design way more compared to H440? The white version clearly has too much white, the black version only has red LEDs. Or if I want to make a black and green build? Both the black or white versions would be out of the list.
