WiLyi, I UV -65 but not stable, phone auto restart when Antutu Benchmark. Haha!

Now try -55, see working or not.

Oh, I try -55 and it is stable during benchmark without overclocking. Did you overclocking it? Now I try overclocking one step to 2496Mhz see how.

Edit: What governor & I/O you use? Is noop and ondemandX the best? I overclocking to 2496Mhz but don't see any increase in performance, still same 35K++, I do get 38K++ for CivZ kernel.

Edit2: Remove the overclocking since I don't see different, now try -60 see how.

Edit3: Now at -60 without overclocking and seems ok, bechmark success. Will keep this and see how. I swithc to interactiveX, not sure is better or not, but do score higher 36K now.

hi there can i ask u something? i am on civs kernel 2.4 now using undervolted 96MHz...ondemand and sio governor...is it battery saving versus your 1.7.2 lean kernel? may i know what settings are u using in lean kernel? and may i know how do u undervolt using trickster? meaning each voltage u undervolt or what? can u give me your set up? thanks for bundle really ^.^
or anyone can share me your build for the maximize battery lives

but there are i/o such as row noop dealine....are u using odemandx or interactivex and which do you think its more battery saving? i just want more batterysaving only hope u can help me =D i will try to undervolt it.... i thought that civs kernel has underclocked to 96 mHZ which currently has the lowest frequency which means can save more battery? sorry for my bad english and thanks for helping =D

Each device is different. What is good for one device can be too much for another. Thats why its a rule to never use another ones kernel setting and best to test your own.

A stable phone is always the best. Thats why in all my years of playing with custom kernel since HD2 days, I have never UV nor lower the lowest cpu freq below the stock value. For me these settings are not worth it. It brings instability and whatever benefits we get from extra minutes of battery time is not useful at all cos most of us would have charged the phone by then.

Hmm... for me after using so many kernels.. faux lean custom n... I found our that the best battery and also stable kernel is the stock kernel ..currently i am using xnote v7 and think that stock ml2 kernel is the best in battery but not performance...

The tcp thingy... after flash I was wondering why download so slow.. so I restart.. but still same.. tried few times also same..  so checked the buildprop.. deleted the line, restart.. then ok liao..
The net tcp buffersize thingy.. I only deleted all the tcp then the speed return to normal.. I'm on Maxis ..
