Now I really frustrated on this.The problem is I am live far from JB side and cannot see it myself actually what happened!!

Hi Bro,not sure its good news or not,today and yesterday impulse test out my units,he told me got problem already and not working,will help send for claim tommorow.

Luckily my PS4 shows not working at his side,if not he going to send me back the faulty console tmr.
So consider this as good news or bad news?

But anyway there will be still long way to go until I get my PS4  sad.gif

So i called sony hotline just now at 2 pm.. Then i got them to check my repair number for me.. Suprisingly they said, it already arrive back to the curve.. Then they gave me the curve's number.. So i called in, then they said they are different department thrn gave me another number.. So i called then again, different department.. And new number 03-77277505 and called in nobody answering.. ==

Well, sony malaysia totally dont know anything .. Tell them that US advised you to sent there.. They will say we can't cover your warranty cause warranty not from here.. Just called in then ask them to check.. Then they say you try calling the curve give me number then nobody answer .. LOL

Well, i finally got through the line with 03-77277505.. Then a lady answered it, then i told her.. My Ps4 was sent in for warranty recently and wanted to know hows the situation.. She was shocked and said eh, why you call here leh.. Then i said because 1300 pushing their job from one department to another.. Then she laughed and politely help me check.. She said still need technician diagnose .. Haiz

Agreed. And i bought from CK Multimedia. Thinking , this looks professional.. Many people said they have been dealing with them for years. Now, really dissapointed ..
