oh yes...it does
Overly long cardio sessions, burns muscles

but if i'm not mistaken HIIT,doesn't
Somethinga bout HIIT being so fast,intense and tiring, the muscle doesn't get affected because you'd stop before it eats the muscle.

dunno if i got it right anot, the last time i read that was 2 years ago. tongue.gif
