the simplest way is......do the routines without taking the supplements blink.gif
and try to eat less flex.gif
its not depends solely on all the supplements that helps u build muscle....u forgot one thing.....the hormone.....testosterone ( wrong spelling?? blink.gif )
all normal foods that u take contain protein too aite??
so i believe ull grow muscle too flex.gif
