QUOTE(infernoaswen @ Dec 23 2013, 03:47 AM) but hybrid get free screen protector By comparing the space between the speaker holes, you can most likely speculate if the unit you have on hand is the "tweaked" version or not. that would be impossible unless they got both batch on hand to do the comparison. Though, with the quote from xda regarding 31X referring to its month of production, is it saying that as of now, there is no tweaked versions being shipped, and only pictures of said tweaked version? |

Output is 1A. output is only 1A if you're using a 2A adapter which is not included in the package so either you're using your own 2A adapter or if you are using nexus 4 adapter then you are just getting .5A output instead of 1A. |

QUOTE(djlah @ Dec 23 2013, 08:36 PM) same thought here, unknown brand wireless charging might degraded the battery. better get reputable brand. I'm waiting for my nexus wireless charging pad. where you ordered yours and how much? Not true at all. They are using the same technology, any qi charger will work. Only difference is the build quality and its output. In fact people been using cheap china wireless charger with nexus 4 also no problems since day 1.QUOTE(Frequency.0 @ Dec 24 2013, 12:21 PM) By comparing the space between the speaker holes, you can most likely speculate if the unit you have on hand is the "tweaked" version or not. No I can't speculate via online pictures.Though, with the quote from xda regarding 31X referring to its month of production, is it saying that as of now, there is no tweaked versions being shipped, and only pictures of said tweaked version? Don't really matter I guess, the charging speed is almost the same as charging via usb 3.0. I am doing some tests, will post the results once done. Also the higher the amp, the hotter your charger will be I assume? I am no engineer so if someone could clarify this would be awesome lol. |

You are right about the low grade china chargers too (y) but I went for high grade one as I want to use it for a longer period of time and i want my charger to have a better built quality so that if it accidentally falls, it doesn't break apart easily. Also I have experienced low grade material breaking by itself with normal use lol. Also the magnet in the latest nexus wireless charger can be handy with future devices (y). And yes i didn't want to disturb any other adapter in my house to it's good that the nexus wireless charger comes with its own adapter. No hassle of adapter/cable pulling and inserting. (y) |
