Btw, all the legendaries we get now will roll level 70 stats when RoS hits and when we reach level 70.

In short, farming for loot is meaningless now for those who will be getting RoS. Instead, go farm for your paragon levels instead.

Those who stick with D3V can still continue hunting with loot 2.0 for upgrades though.

Think this is something new for D3, as old Uskang, is a low level / low DPS item

Do tell me whats the different between farming for loot and farming for paragon? both are doing the same thing, killing mobs?

unless you're saying there is a way farming for paragon without killing, then.. icon_idea.gif

Yes, both killing mobs.

But the route is different.

XP farming, you go to places with high density of white mobs (i.e. palace with many snakes @ T6). Gear up with +experience gears.
Gear farming, you clear the map killing both white mobs and elites, at the torment level you gears can cope with. Gear up with +% finding magical items, if possible.

It's about self expectation. I'm mostly doing Paragon leveling by choosing the best difficulties to run XP per hour, rather than to find loot. For example, if I wanted to hunt good loot, I'd go anywhere between Hard to Master but I'm running Torment I for the balance at the speed of killing while complemented by the 300% bonus to XP with my current gear.

It's just about the mindset, haha! I play to see my blue XP bar move, while whatever loot I find (especially legendaries) just comes as a bonus.

Whatever pace you are, just keep at it. PLVL 1 - 100 now is super fast, and I assume it's going to be slightly slower from 101 - 200 (which is, cause I'm at that bracket now) than previously.

I usually run MP6 for PLVL + Loot finding, I get about 10 - 15k per mob killed (white mobs), then now, I'm getting like 50 - 80k per white mob on T1. I guess Blizz buff mob XP and reduce the mob count instead to compensate it.
