Last time paid 2k plus again to the law firm as requested by management office saying they will apply for strata title.. When we call again yesterday, was told need to pay another 5.8k.. Anyone knows what happen to the 2k plus paid?
BTW, I will initiate a telegram chat for owners to join in. Easier to communicate on issues within Bukit OUG Condo. I will PM the invite link personally if you want.

My dad just went to the management office.. The price now is 4% and no longer 2% of s&p price to get the title.. However, there is still some legal case within jmb and liquidator so it will be pending.. |

Hi guys, i'm currently viewing a few units for rent here. But have a few questions I hope can get some comments from:
1) for the units facing LRT track, how bad is the noise pollution?
2) I personally prefer the unit facing LRT track, but which floor will it free from noise from LRT?

Strata Title Case : i heard the court first hearing on 16/08/2020, look like long way to go.
Chat Group : There is a few whatsapp chat group created within Bukit OUG Condo, you may requested our new appointed JMB chairman Mr Adrian to add you in.
4% owner verification fee charge by liquidator for the unit not verify before, who already verified, no need to worry about this charge. Anywhere, when the title is out, we still need to pay the lawyer fee around 800~1200 to transfer our name.
