Can I ask some question regarding Bukit OUG condo..

1. Is it lack of car park there? Cos I saw 1 unit only 1 car park. How about those who have 2 or 3 car in a unit?

2. Those rent car park from management, is tat enough to cover all the ppl stay in there? How much the price for carpark rent?

3. Visitor car is seem really limited in each block?

4. How about the strata title there?

Old developement usually 1 car park only. Where got Macam now so many selling 2cp and above.

Back to old day, This place main selling point is lrt station during launch. But this lrt development delay more than 10 long years+ finally now can see and use.

Due to this development under MBF a sudah pokai company, until today still ada strata title issue, still not settle. Anywhere it’s freehold.

Carpark inside is super limited. That’s why you see manyak car parking outside. This issue Sudah ada before ada lrt.

If want extra car park just try register get number and wait liao.

Of coz the building and main intreior area already old liao so very need upgrade. At the shops and retails level manyak Eyesore areas. The park, facilities, clubhouse area is sibeh duper huge, nearby condo can’t even compare to it.... but also old liao need a lot upgrade, maintenance and upkeep works.

i want to let go my unit at BUKIT OUG Condo , 3 room 2 Bath, with 1 car park(single).
higher level facing pool side. Difficult to hear LRT sound. Block 13

Bukit OUG Condo is a nice place to live. It may not be as fancy as the next door new condos, but then again, all condos age as time goes!

Cons - Single parking lot per unit, so plenty of competition for the small limited number of extra car parks. Commerce floor is not in good condition, not horrible or anything, but definitely needs refurbishing works. Clubhouse is a wasted potential. Pool closes too early for the modern lifestyle while the lights go out early in shared areas as though human there are comatose by 11 PM.

Pros - In front of the LRT station, super easy to take buses and lrt to almost anywhere! For those who drive, location of the condo is smack in the middle of almost every point in Klang Valley, being surrounded by 3 major highways! It's a mildly private area, not too quiet, but not to full of bustle as well.

Everyone has their own cup of tea. It all depends what rocks your boat.

Can I request the master fire insurance copy from JMB management once I had signed the SnP? Or need to wait until the process completed and property under my name only can request? I am still waiting for consent from liquidator about 4 months already... Anyway can speed it up?

Usually the master fire insurance copy has the name of the owner. Why don't you give the JMB a call to ask? Coz, rightly the property is not legally yours yet until completion of the process. Even if you get it the master fire insurance copy later, you can still submit it the bank giving you the loan at a later date to ask for refund.

Usually all outstanding fees with the management paid up fully only the JMB will release the updated insurance copy to the unit owner.
And since the transfer process not yet completed, the fire insurance policy will not be under your name yet.

Fire insurance is renewed yearly.
Yes, charged under monthly fees to the management.
Yes, if changed unit ownership, need to inform management, they will inform the insurance company to do amendment to the insurance certificate.

Just want to know what is the difference to apply permit for renovation or minor work at bukit oug condominium? The staff said Under renovation need pay rm500 deposit plus rm50 admin charge. And said minor work only applicable for 1 day work only and also need to pay admin charge. Just no need deposit.. is it true?
