cheaper entry mah compare nearby icon_idea.gif rental rate also steady pom bi bi. lagi Freehold somemore. location wise the lrt just across the guard house. it has the most biggest land size among all the developments around. also could be mean lower destiny compare to many developments around icon_idea.gif many owners stay there long enough also willing to buy another 1 or 2 units there for investment. I knew a few owners there just bought another unit there. cool2.gif wink.gif

Maintenance fee here also cheap cheap..very attractive. However how is the current management and overall security?

Wakakak Nice or not different eye different view lor. If you want see some good profit and good cash flow. This place very not bad geh because sibeh Low entry price. Manyak Chinese stay here also. If not nice, the owner there won’t continue buy n buy again.

Actually the definition of studio is not so accurate during that long ago time. The so called studio unit there is actually 1+1 room unit.

Bro...budget and affordability is always the point...location wise is good..other surrounding price is way too high for subsales now

Yes agreed with u..cheaper entry and low maintenance fee..is good for family stay compared with OUG parkland. Anyway do you know how much we need to pay for liquidator for the confirmation letter? 2 or 3% ? Just worry too much money to need to pay up front..

the one i view is 1 room + toilet only, agent call it studio, was 150k asking price 8 years ago.

PV2 just next to the PPR and Hindu cemetery. Location wise Bukit OUG is much better but maintenance need to be better as it is quite an old condo.

I have a few question here.
1.Can we go to bank and ask for that property valuation before signing booking form?
2.What is the status of strata title application of bkt oug condo now?
3.I saw few previous comment we need to pay 1 or 2% to liquidator on confirmation letter for bank loan?
4. Is bukit oug condo repainted before? Looks not so old..of cuz can't compare with surrounding new dev
Hope some1 can enlighten me...

1. Maybe, if you know bank officers/valuers.
2. No idea, been ages when it was a hot topic.
3. Yes, and your lawyer should be able to handle that with the liquidator if they can handle cases where the developer is under receivership and a liquidator has been appointed by the court, which is the case for Bukit OUG.
4. Yes, repainted a few years ago.

Wahkak... you will see many ph rented at high end place also. Because now all the rental price Sudah koyak kao kao lik. Even high end place rental sibeh kao kao Low. Now everywhere also affordable rental regardless high end or mid end.

I c. Not bad. Ya got 1 rooms+ toilet unit too. The bedroom is separated from living room and kitchen.

Price ok. The rental now for this type of unit is around rm750 pm semi furnished to rm900-1000 pm for fully furnished. I knew some owner unit same size renting at rm750 pm semi furnished. Still continue renting. Very good rental there now.
