1. Maybe, if you know bank officers/valuers.
2. No idea, been ages when it was a hot topic.
3. Yes, and your lawyer should be able to handle that with the liquidator if they can handle cases where the developer is under receivership and a liquidator has been appointed by the court, which is the case for Bukit OUG.
4. Yes, repainted a few years ago.
