the rattling sound is very obvious inside the driver door. its not the seat belt cover.
*
You can open the door, use hand to knock the door from the sides.. so called make a vibration..

Then hear where the sound from.

If there are sound, see where / which area.. try wind down the window and knock the door.. maybe the glass panel holder loosen.. just suspecting.

just try first i suggest.

like listen music behind the wall, some thing block the speaker front, my another old myvi dont have this problem. Just wonder is speaker problem or the player sound output not good
*
The stock speakers no good...i have changed the speakers to better one and there is hardly good bass coming out from the speakers as the HU not powerful.

So i tune the original stock HU to have 0 or +1 bass and treble to +3 or 4 to get clearer voice i need...then add a underseat woofer which give me decent bass. I remembered i am using Mohawk with stock HU.

Not a perfect one though as there is no bass preout point from the HU. Previous car using kenwood and have bass preout which i can set bass frequency from HU to get the bass i need. But for budget i have previously, good enough where my family likes too.

I dont put boom box as that eat up space behind when need to carry more stuffs.

Some time is hard to advise as each individual has different taste of sound...some wants tajam tajam...some want clear..some meed bass...some mix mix....hehehe

It is tunable to some extend with basic upgrade of speakers and maybe subwoofer..

Actually that is interference from electronic, when some electronic component not good on certain level of frequency noise will be generate. As there is always standby power from Haed unit or other electronic parts thus even switch off, noise still could be generate.
*
Not sure thisbis unique for u...i have no such wii sound so far..
Stock and after adding the normal upgrade on ICE and i have pivot VS from previous car added in.

any driving different between abs and non-abs alza? braking much stronger?
can non-abs car still tip a car's back while maintaining position until the car in front let you pass in such situation like highway?
*
Bro...@cleaner having it right.

To add..based on my knowledge hearing from friends, the abs makes the braking softer though as the feeling is that it wont jam brake during hard braking.

Yes, abs is good where it wont lock the wheel during hard braking to reduce slips especially wet condition.
If have ebd better where it has intelligence to control each wheel accordingly when detect any wheel slips individually...just my understanding.

Check alignment first, normally toe in or toe out not in range. If absorber your tyre thread can feel like staircase.

To check driveshaft, put your left leg at 90°, drive slowly from 50 to 100, if your leg shaking slowly then driveshaft start k.o. If got tak tak tak sound while cornering, driveshaft gone already. Can do preventive maintenance by checking driveshaft boot cover, if koyak, replace asap.

At melaka area toward jb, that alza drive 170 for few minutes only
*
Thx for the tips...check dah..the alignment was off. Just that now it is not as firm grip. One of the rim out shape..cannot repaired.

Target end of year or early jan tukar tayar n rim.

I teated..drive shaft seems okay but turning left right while idle or engine stop has kluk kluk sound...hope not rack...check later again

My guess that sound come from absorber mounting/tie rod/rack end. If steering rack, your steering will not turn back to center while take sharp corner.

P/s,  me not foreman. Just sharing what i know based on my experience. My suggestion maybe way off, so please take it with a spoon of salt ha ha
*
Turning back to center is ok.
Nvm...next service, get my mechanic to check.

Thx bro

I have not tried this but looking at the lumens it is just 200. The h7 bulbs, can get above 1600.

Hence this is not bright.

I forgot whether i am using philips or osram performance bulbs which can get above 1700 lumens which is brighter. Go for 4000k to 4300k for better vision especially raining or newly tarred road.

Nearly maximum or more than half?
*
How many years your Alza? Cabin Filter change?

My Alza almost 5 years in 1 month later. Changed Cabin filter 1 year once.
So far ok, just getting less cooler a bit this year. I said that is as this year, I noticed it needs some time to get cold.

During noon, I normally put Fan=3 and temperature about 6/10. (town drive).

I think the LED circuit board is malfunction  as i go accessories shop replace and plug blow again
*
Should short circuit on the led. I normally has spare fuse for just in case as my alza and bike use same fuse size.

Sometime the led may have some wire sticking out from the connector...it may have touched the body parts.

On the car end, it's just plugging it into the OBD socket under the driver's dashboard. For your phone, as long you're using Android and have a copy or Torque it's easy enough to set up. smile.gif

Hello Sifu out there,

i recently owned an Alza Advance, Just wondering anyone ever experience this.
1. Navigation always says "You are in a weak GPS area".
2. Waze also showing "No GPS sign", if i bring my phone outside of the car, the GPS returns to normal.

Is there something blocking the GPS signal?
EDIT: i just experimented, if i turn off the engine, Waze will have GPS, but when i turn the engine back on, Waze will show "No GPS" again.... Help!
*
This is first time i heard this. I at first thought that your windscreen tint may block some signal..but i am not sure why when on engine it is weak.

I have been using google map since i have my new phone..so far so good even u put it under the front driver compartment during navigation. Previously using waze with no problem too.

You want to test out google map and see if it behave the same?
