Friend, INP side alone... pentas 1,2,3,4 Tari 1 & 2, ukiran 1,2 , nukilan 1,2,3, tenun 1,2, all lots of empty houses. few thousands are a conservative number. Do more research before u buy.

is progressing very well.
Hope can become a USP to Alam Impian.

The 2 new developments that u mentioned will be last in the developers list.
Naza Ttdi will launch Camelia (semi D) then the Vanelia (zero lot), then only the strata home.
On the strata home it will be either Town houses or low rise condo, I wish the developer build it ASAP as the HTC is visable from Citrina, hope the low rise strata could be built ASAP so as to block the eye sore HTC.

INP has the similar product in Glenmarie, called Temasya Kaseh, almost 70% done. Responses not so good.
Naza Ttdi need to throw in many usp to push the sales.

Carmenia wont be cheap. 1.8mil for those standard intermediate unit, which only a few units in total ftpm the master plan, the rest come with extra land which will be priced higher
