How about leaving on the charger for at least an hour. Normally, if red is blinking it will only charge very slow - approximately 100mA. So, it will take a significant amount of time to reach min batery level for normal operation.

I did measure the voltage and current from charger to my N4 when this happen. Actually this is my 2nd time red led issue happen. Left my N4 for nearly a month (since upgrading to Nexus 5). Now it full charge again.

Charged it over night and then the whole of today as well and still can't turn on.

ONE MONTH?!!?
Okaaaaayyyy.. If that's the case, think I'll get the new battery then. If still cant, it just means the heavens wants me to get the N5

Yes, my N4 have been in the drawer for one month+, gathering dust. Have been 'downgraded' to truly backup phone.

All you need is an App that can download from PlayStore. They will provide you the link. Mi Key is different.

okay for those who wants to know more info about the key, first, u buy the mikey (can get from garage sales section). next u will need an app to customize what function u want it to perform when u press the key (eg: wake the phone). for the app, there are 3 choices and u can pick either 1.

this 3 apps is compatible with mikey, but take note the mikey app itself is a little buggy, and not all function seems to work for me. right now im using 360智键 which works flawlessly although it provides less customization.
