QUOTE(annoymous1234 @ Feb 16 2014, 01:39 PM) the infamous delay notification exist way back since 4.2. i wish google spend some time to fix it. Yes, that's a real bummer. I used to have a Nexus 4 and I rely on the notifications to get my mail, it's disappointing to see it's kinda slow and delayed.

Way back then there was no such problem until recently 4.3 / 4.4. Im on data this whole day, push notifications goes well. QUOTE(LVL1NiNjA @ Feb 16 2014, 01:45 PM) Yes, that's a real bummer. QUOTE(NightFelix @ Feb 16 2014, 12:07 PM) Sign out from Google account and sign in back again so that can resync again. Maybe this should work? *warning, signout from Google account might wipe all related Google data, so it require sometime to resync back again, such like contact/email etc. but I just did a clean flash few days back which mean I only signed in with the Google account recently. I has no problem syncing but only with apps push notifications. QUOTE(wailing81 @ Feb 16 2014, 10:39 PM) Don't know why my Google+ is draining a lot of battery. Anyone experience the same? Did you try clear the app data and re-login ?

Yes, you can move user app to system app as well.. So if you download some ahem apps(apk) from Google, you might possible to receive future update straight from PlayStore too.
