overpay or not...i guess the better way to judge what he has done over the course of his 5 year contract, or maybe half of it, definitely not half a season lol
as of now he hasnt really had much impact, but do rmb he delayed his wrist surgery back then to continue play for us and belgium that i have to give props to...and that probably caused his form to dip...well at least now he has 2 months time to recover and be back stronger for the 2nd half of the season |

QUOTE(+Newbie+ @ Jan 6 2014, 11:58 AM) This. If only replacing saf is a smooth sail, I bet even I can do that In fact ppl are indirectly discrediting saf's influence and ability to win the league last season with literally the same squad minus fellaini and fabio |

QUOTE(nshady @ Jan 7 2014, 04:39 AM) well tbh, i do agree with him that there are many negatives right now...i thk most if not all of us do ok la /rant on....i personally just rather not dwell on what ifs and maybes or make any silly predictions about whats gonna happen the next 5-6 months...it's a cycle we are going thru, there are always ups and downs...i watch bola oni around mere 10 years, much less than some ppl here oso knw dis simple thg...ini down 6 bulan je dah naik giler, fkin spoilt and who said top clubs no transition period? rofl...liverpool is already a prime example...some of u, like me, pandai tawa team tu last time now sendiri kena dah x dpt handle ar? lololol...leeds used to be a top club, even blackburn rovers former pl champs relegated edi...look at bayern few years back losing the league couple of times and come back so strong in recent years, that was just like us when we had that 3 year spell without winning the league...look at where lyon is now after winning ligue 1 for like 7 years in a row back then...and mana inter now the great CL winners few years back? adoi banyak lagi the lists go on malas la wan keep saying...jgn pandai focus on barca/madrid je oh pretty please, they've been dominating their leagues because they ezily earned xxxx times more more than other clubs there, they spend big and it just happens that they have the top 2 player in the world playing for them... not to mention they dont hav glazers as chairman watching pl over these years, seeing so many managers come and go while saf and wenger still stood at helm, made me realize how important it is to support ur own manager thick and thin, because else no1 will...saf reminded me that at his speech last season, i will nvr forget that...that is what i believe is best for the club...going 4 lunch break bb /rant off This post has been edited by SGSuser: Jan 7 2014, 12:10 PM |

QUOTE(G_KeN @ Jan 7 2014, 04:30 PM) this season is no longer about winning BPL, but rather taking one of the spot for the uefa champions league qualifying berth reaching top 4 is the target you yourself set onto moyes...no1 from the board, saf, or even moyes ever publicly say that in the shithole we are in now United are just aiming for top 4 spots at the end of the season...nonetheless, everyone of us would love to see the club achieve that or even moresuccess is not instant, but at this current rate, there wont be any success at all (hopefully winning a mickey mouse cup might ease the pain) agree at this rate there wont be any success at all...so what? implying that #moyesout is the only option? is life as simple as a proportional graph? |
