red/black or brown are all silent if u don't bottom out.
but red/black are easier to not bottom out.
if u want complete silence...get o-ring to prevent bottoming out sound.

Between Ducky n Rosewill, which is better??

wanna ask pro here.
*
depending on the model since ducky have a bit more variety in their arsenal.
however, most ppl would compare Ducky Zero with Rosewill RK9000 since both have almost similar pricing.
in this battle, most would say go for RK9000 as it has better QC and manufactured by a well known oem.
Ducky Zero is made in China and a series that's made for entry level but it's not to say that the Zero model is lousy. there's a forumer here who is selling off his Ducky Zero...u may consider that smile.gif

Ducky have other series as well but the price jumps up to RM400+ for the other series whereas Rosewill only have the RK9000 and a RK9001 which is a backlit version (but the backlit version have keycaps layout issue, so we don't recommend that but recommend Ducky Zero Shine instead if they want a cheap backlit keyboard)

Nice answer from the pro.

Just starting to use the mechanical keyboard.

What are suggesting for me??

Which forumer selling Ducky Zero??

If people wanna compare ducky with Razer or Stellseries, what ure commend??
*
first, do you know what mechanical switches do you want on your keyboard?
then, state how much is your budget. we need to know how much you are willing to spend on mechanical keyboard, then only we can recommend a suitable one for you.
next is, do you want full size keyboard or without numpad?
then, do you want backlighted keys?

this forumer is selling his blue switch zero.

Anybody interested with new housing for Poker2, GH60...etc ?
This is one of the cheapest way to get nice custom housing for your 60%.
Design similar like GON (You can mount smd led under the pcb and let it shine through the middle frosty layer)
Free switch sticker as well.

Price: RMB180 (8-12 MOQ), 170 (13-19 MOQ)...etc.

1. Been looking for a tkl.
2. Backlit like a ducky shine.
3. Price could be cheaper than a ducky shine.
4. Has local distributor in malaysia eases in warranty matters.
5. Also that layout.

It looks like a good choice in my eyes.
*
ahh...i didn't notice the layout...finally another standard layout biggrin.gif

So you've changed all the switches to clear ones? Not fancy a linear switch I reckon?

Well I've been looking at garage sales for keycaps bulk sale or such, couldnt find one atm.

But good to know that Vortex and Ducky keycaps can actually fit in QFR. Guessed ive to start searching at international online stores for them.  cry.gif

u'll be able to see pictures, see if it suits to your taste.

I just did. Hmmmm. It's rather tempting!  sweat.gif

So by having a PBT caps, I dont have to worry about letter fading/wear or keycap shine do i?

Anyhow, do you happen to have the normal font ones?
*
PBT keycaps won't shine as fast as ABS.
and it's doubleshot. meaning the legend will not fade away even if it's ABS.
this are the only ones i'm letting go tongue.gif
