Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?!?! I though 400-500 was high enough. And now there is more?

*looks at my bank account*

Looks like we have enough for future sacrifices to the god of custom keyboards. =p
*
400 maybe can buy 1 set of good key caps only wo...
Not even enough to buy a custom case. sad.gif

Yeouch. Yeah just did some digging. Really weird though. But I think it's one bad batch. The same materials and parts were used for both K70 and K95. Really hope my K95 doesn't die on me.

You can live without the LED, not big deal tho. My ducky also got LED died not long ago. laugh.gif

Hahahahaha I know but I'm definitely not gonna spend that much man. Unless my career as a lawyer takes off. Then maybe I'll think of super high end keyboards. Wonder if there is any Carbon Fiber cases. =p
*
I think what you mean is carbon fiber reinforced composite case.
Anything is possible if you have the money.
Still there is company willing to fabricate for you if you willing to pay.

Still a very mainstream composite. sad.gif
Like a gimmick too, same like gaming keyboard gimmick.

The reason metal case is nice, because the crispy sound and the feel when typing.
Common metal case in keyboard is aluminum 6061 with addition retouch of surface using anodization.
If you want a more better than aluminum case, you can always go for stainless steel, add a layer of oxide using passivation will be enough.
Damn rich, then go for solid titanium, with passivated layer. smile.gif

edit: I like plastic, so I will continue my plastic journey whistling.gif

i did some updates on the Raindrop Groupbuy form.
mainly on the deadline and most importantly, some rules to adhere in this groupbuy! smile.gif
*
Read already, only about the shipment fee for 2nd and local not that understand.
It would be easier if you let me know how to calculate. I only buy blue mods usd 45. sweat.gif
From what I can see. We can save a lot in the shipping fee. Good to have group buy laugh.gif

One being exclusively making mech kb over 7years by reputable OEM in Taiwan.

While another newcomer which never make mech kb b4 and by relatively new unknown oem from China.

Which one will you choose then?

That's normal, corsair products are almost all made in china. Same goes for most reputable brands.
The spacebar is oem profile while other keycaps seemed to be dcs or cherry profile to me  doh.gif .
*
Finally, time to ask, actually there are how many type of mainstream profile out there?
I only know oem and cherry

Razer, Corsair, Logitech and most of CM's mech kb are made in China. Have a look on your kb, should be written at the back label there.

Only some line of mech kb by CM and SS is made in Taiwan.

But need not be too serious in this. A made in China board doesn't conclude to be bad, so do a made in Taiwan board.

It all back down to the proper the QC and OEM to justify the end result of the keyboard quality.
*
Made in China more quality also.
Many things also from China in this era.
We support China's product. smile.gif

2 keyboard for a pair of hand, and more than you need earphone, headphone and audio source for a pair of ears. laugh.gif

This is the part when people ask, "Why need more than one keyboard/ headphone/ earphone/ audio source when they are expensive." brows.gif
*
Although 2 keyboards for a pair of hand but my computer need keyboard ma..
Too many computers, so need more keyboards.
Not me need keyboard, computer need it. biggrin.gif
Although I know, got software that can share to all network-linked with only 1 keyboard. tongue.gif
