high fat content food.. high carbohydrate food.. high glucose food.. these food kept u satiety off and stop feeding..

protein can keep u from "itchy mouth" hehe. e.g. protein supplement. It makes u feel ful and wont want to continue eatting.

the reason why we crave for food is because our body lacks certain vitamins and nutrients. our body is a very intelligent machine. when something is lacking it will signal us. so when the signal comes, we eat, the body hoping that the food that we eat contains the missing vitamins and nutrients.

i used to crave for food last time. i had to drink coke fortnightly, eat fast food once in 3 weeks. but ever since i started taking food supplements (pls invest and take good quality ones. forget abt the cheap ones in the pharmacy...) i dont have such cravings anymore. i also noted that i started losing weight...

so, watch what you eat...try to make it as balanced as possible...if not, then take supplements.

eat fruits, a lot of fruits but not durian and banana. Banana will really make you fat and durian is mostly fat, fruit fat something like that.

wait, that cant be right, bananas are mostly carbohydrates right? so like any other foods aslong as you exercise you dont turn into a tub of lard...

you wont take away my banana split!

try it! let us know what the results are. also get some diarhea medication cause that many bananas and oranges, you know it'll be free flowing.
